Hello all! My beloved Galaxy 24 Ultra is having some battery issues, it's time with me is now limited. Normally I buy direct from Samsung, but since I was forced into another "NEW AND IMPROVED FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE" plan (or whatever nonsense they spun that with) I'd like to take advantage of upgrade subsidies. I'm looking at either a Fold 8 or F8Ultra. Both higher storage models are sold out,…
i got an email about your new plan essential 2.0, currently on tmobile 55+ with 3 total lines, was paying $90, is the general consensus the new plan worth moving to? we buy all our iphones directly from apple full price. it seems like this is being forced. submitted by /u/waswonderingifyou [link] [comments]
Just got T-Mobile WiFi for home. Which of these is the modem and which is the router? I’m assuming the black box is modem and white box is router? Thanks! submitted by /u/infinitum3d [link] [comments]
Hi, I have 5 lines in my plan: B2G1, paid line ($35), and a free line. One of the family members is going to port out of TMObile. She is part of the B2G1. Can I swap her line with a $35 line without losing any promotions? I would like to reduce my bill by $35 after she ports out. Is that possible? If so, do I swap the lines first? Or does Tmobile do that automatically when I cancel her line?…

Context: Last March my parents and I decided to change carriers for a variety of reasons, however the two biggest being; plan price and cellular reception at and around their home in the foothills of Colorado which we've never had with…
This is some service that my Toyota dealership uses. I want the word “stop” to be sent to them, but T-Mobile is intercepting it. Is there a way around this? submitted by /u/jonsonmac [link] [comments]
For 4 weeks now ive tried to redeem the free coffee / slurpee and each week it just hasn't worked. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps, logging in and out, and nothing seems to work. Is the deal just bugged or something?? I know its just a cheap $2 coupon basically but its still frustrating that I can't get a simple coupon to register. Is there a solution to fix this or is this…
I've read a number of posts about Tmobile "losing" trade-ins that were mailed to the warehouse and also posts about stores being reluctant to take trade-ins for new phones ordered thru care. Assuming I can get our local store (company owned) to process a trade-in, what documentation should I expect as proof in case of any future questions? Will it be in writing/printed? Thank you. submitted by…
