New consistent runner. Been aiming for 2-3 miles each run about 3-4x per week. Decided recently I’m going to add rolling sprints. I can run a solid mile at an 8:30-9 min pace. Even with “slow” runs I feel as though I’m just fighting off leg pain the entire time. My legs want to give out way before my lungs or heart do.
