Hey All, The ring stick up cam that we use for surveillance of our front porch will randomly miss very obvious motion that it should 100% be catching. It happens at least a few times a week. I upgraded my ring subscription to the Pro one. Now I don’t get any motion alerts anymore. I have to deactivate all of the pro functions to be able to make it work again. Why do they release a new subscription plan which will make your doorbell not working anymore? So if anyone has the same problem in the future - deactivate all of the pro functions, restart the camera and refund your money.…

My Ring doorbell Pro 2 is being replaced under subscription warranty, Ring is sending a Wired Doorbell Plus which they say is the same as the Pro2. Is this correct? The Pro2 has worked well and I would like equal quality and features. Thank you submitted by /u/403Olds [link] [comments]
