3rd day and loss 2Kg?

Is it normal doing 3 days omad and already loss 2Kg? I consume water as usual, but cut off all sweet beverages. And only have dinner with my family. submitted by /u/Junior_Phase_5122 [link] [comments]

Omad and constipation.

Hello fellow omad people. As most of you know and probably suffer with is constipation when having only one meal a day. This is something that's plagued me for a long while. I was getting some relief from having a glass of psyllium husk mixed with water before eating but that no longer works. I was only pooping once or twice a week. I read an article about certain probiotics that alleviate…

When to eat?

I work a 3pm-11pm shift and I’m trying to figure out when is the best time to eat. I am trying to be more active before work to help with weight loss as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, I currently weigh 360. How many calories should I be consuming? submitted by /u/Few_Change_8918 [link] [comments]

Flexibility

Hey y'all! Wanted to share that after 5 weeks of OMAD, I flexed and went to 2MAD because it was my mom's birthday and I didn't want to feast disproportionately at the restaurant, but also not eat. I had a 3hr drive after, where I was able to eat a second meal, and when I finished, I felt full. This is my first time after starting OMAD where I did something different. I think I feel lots of peace…

what i experienced

this post will be just my experience to let it out since i don’t talk to anyone much about these type of topic i started doing omad when i started doing my weight loss progress and after months of restriction examples having no fruit in my diet except two types and it wasn’t often and the most often food i would eat was mostly eggs and greek yogurt and i noticed every time it was time to eat and i…

Breakfast OMAD suggestions?

I'm considering moving from a 19:5 fast to try OMAD for awhile to see if it feels good to me. It seems many people use dinnertime to break the fast but I prefer eating in the morning. It's when I'm hungriest, and I sleep best with an empty stomach. Looking for meal ideas from any morning OMAD eaters. No dietary restrictions. Thanks! submitted by /u/BlueStarrSilver [link] [comments]

Temperature regulation way off?

I'm not sure how else to describe it. I've been trying omad for about a month, usually it's more like a 20:4 window with one big meal then a small dessert before my window closes. It's usually more like 22:2. I know losing weight usually makes people feel colder. But every few days, I fluctuate wildly between being freezing and sitting in a pool of sweat. Last night it was 76 in my house and I was…

What is your favourite, go-to meal?

Would be cool to gather a bunch of people’s favourite, reliable, meal/meals in their feeding window. Whether it’s one big meal, a couple small ones, or a meal and a dessert. I am starting this OMAD journey and looking for some tried and tested inspiration. My mind goes blank when I think about how best to eat to give myself both nutrition and satisfaction in a small eating window. Interested to…

Question] 19M / 90kg (198 lbs) - Starting Zero-Carb OMAD for Fat Loss, IBS, and Acne. Is this optimal? Body:

Hey everyone, I’m a 19-year-old guy currently weighing 90kg (198 lbs). I’m planning to commit to a strict 23:1 OMAD routine combined with a zero/very low-carb approach for the next 30 days. I’d love to get your feedback on whether this plan is optimal for my specific situation. My Daily Meal Plan: Fasting for 23 hours, drinking only water (and occasionally zero-calorie sodas). My one meal will…
