I'm looking for a travel-friendly exercise machine that I can use on the go. A resistance band doesn't seem very comfortable for working out. Does anyone use a RAYOFI home gym? Or do you know of any alternatives? submitted by /u/No-Plastic3655 [link] [comments]
I know they're not the most popular anymore, but i'm baffled at the lack of commercially available loadable dumbbell stands. I've seen the DIY projects outt here but given all the companies that sell loadablle DB's I figured at least one of them would sell some sort of weight tree/loading stand. Anyone have a frankenstein solution they can share? Thinking about getting an ajdustable DB stand and…
Looking to upgrade our garage gym setup. We currently have the standard rogue squat rack, but I need some cables! What are your recs - or what do you think of the Major Fitness one below? Thanks!!!…
I’m 6’4” with 112” garage ceilings and trying to decide between a 100” and 108” Monster rack. My flat standing reach is 96” and likely have pullup bar at 100”. I’ll also have 3/4” stall mats. I want to be able to do pull-ups/dead hangs with my legs fully extended and feet completely off the floor. I know there are aftermarket pull-up bar extensions from companies like Oak Club, but I’d rather not…

I was going to go with epoxy but now im thinking rolled rubber, its cheaper and id have to lay some down anyway. My garage floor is in decent shape but its got a lot of putting a big crack by the front that goes linear side to side. its not moving anymore and its Dry. tested it, no moisture. My…
Can someone please provide me the height measurement of the lower wall bracket for the F35? I’m looking for the measurement from the ground to the bottom of the bracket and also the measurement from the ground to the top of it. submitted by /u/Filthy-Casual916 [link] [comments]
I'm looking to add 3/4" rubber mats directly on my basement concrete floor. What's everyones thoughts on having a textured bottom like this "button" option, versus a flat and smooth bottom. It seems like flat and smooth is best, but I think this button texture would be good for airflow/drainage in case any moisture comes up through the concrete? I'm in Ontario, Canada, if that matters. EDIT: I…
Currently building out a 12 x 12 garage gym. Have acquired adjustable dumbbells (nuobells), folding squat rack (BoS). Barbell and plates. 3 maces, 2 sandbags. I’m thinking about adding the hyperpro by freak athlete. Is this smart? I haven’t used one but love god’s and would love to start training Nordic curls. Functional fitness. I surf, skateboard and work a physical job. My girlfriend, who I…
