The thing I don't understand is: did the Ironbloods and Emperor Eugent actually know about Osborne's plan, which was to ultimately destroy Ishmelga, whether by being defeated by Rean or suppressing it himself? At the start of Sky SC, the game makes you make a fairly unique choice for a Trails game, an actual route split. The events stay the same but the game locks a party member to be Estelle's companion for 3 entire chapters. This comes with a lot of alterations to dialogue but what I'm really here for are the gameplay alterations. There is no party backup so they're both locked for 3 entire chapters…

mainly the sky and crossbell games, btw, and at times also felt like a ''how did NO one ever find these hidden dungeons'' only for it to have some hyper specific lore reason, which i guess makes sense, like with the old school house in CS1, but youre telling me that the dungeon under the old school house in SC was never found despite having been there for like a 100 years and most likely noted…
