I bought a couch that came with hardware to attach the back to the frame, but 4 of the mounting holes appears to be completely unthreaded. The screw/bolt just spins endlessly and never tightens. I need to get access behind a section of drywall in my finished basement. I think I’ll need an area about 3’ x 2’ to remove.
