As we move through this season, I want to pause and express my gratitude for this community. Our work is rooted in connection, care, and shared purpose, and it’s because of your support and partnership that it continues to grow. As we reflect on 2025, I’m incredibly thankful for the momentum, relationships, and collective impact we’ve built together. It has been a year of meaningful progress, learning, and small wins that continue to remind us why this work matters, and we’re excited about what’s ahead.
Looking ahead to 2026, we are energized by the opportunities before us. With new initiatives on the horizon and a strong foundation to build upon, we’re entering the year with clarity, optimism, and a renewed commitment to deepening our impact.

PSI AZ is proud to announce that we will be sponsoring a free drop-in group for fathers. The drop-in group is open to any fathers and father figures that want to connect with other new dads. We will meet on-line twice a month on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. The content of the group will be determined by the dads who attend each session.
Please join us for reflection, learning, and actionable change. This series is designed for birth workers, lay workers, advocates, and professionals who are seeking to strengthen care for BIPOC individuals and families across the perinatal period.

Together with Postpartum Support International, the Policy Center has developed a Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training for Mental Health and Clinical Professionals. This online webinar series (February - June 2026) includes eight live sessions, small-group discussions, supplemental reading materials, 18 continuing education credits (where applicable), and a certificate of completion.

We’re excited to share an important update with our community! The PSI AZ Chapter is officially moving into its own nonprofit, Perinatal Mental Health Alliance of Arizona (PMHAAZ), while continuing to serve as the Arizona Chapter of Postpartum Support International. Our mission, vision, and values remain fully aligned, and this next step allows us to grow our impact and expand how we support birthing people, families, and providers across Arizona. PMHAAZ will continue to connect our community with resources, along with offering scholarships and opportunities for professional learning and connection for providers across Arizona. We operate as an independent nonprofit, separate from PSI, Inc., and are grateful for the strong foundation that has supported our growth. This is an exciting new chapter; stay tuned for more information, and keep following along as we grow together!
