I’ve been noticing something.
Not loudly.
Quietly.
Everything looks fine.
Life is… working.
You’re doing what you’re supposed to do.
You’re responsible.
Capable.
Holding everything together.
And yet…
Something feels off.
Not enough to explain.
Not enough to complain about.
But enough to feel.
It shows up in small moments.
When things go quiet.
When no one is asking anything from you.
When you finally stop moving for a second.
And there it is.
That feeling.
Not dramatic.
Just…
Unsettled.
Like something in your life is slightly out of place.
But you can’t quite see what it is.
So you do what most women do.
You keep going.
You tell yourself:
“It’s probably nothing.”
“I’ll figure it out later.”
“Other things matter more right now.”
And you’re not wrong.
But also…
You’re not fully right.
Because that feeling doesn’t go away.
It just waits.
I’ve seen this enough now to know:
This isn’t confusion.
It’s something underneath.
Something you haven’t fully seen yet.
I’m curious…
Have you ever felt this?
(If yes, you don’t have to explain it perfectly —
just say “yes”.)
