Quick recap on how price moved through the Precision Levels today. All arrows are numbered left to right on the chart.
Overnight: 7472 Held as Resistance
Overnight, 7472 held up pretty well as resistance. Price pushed into it a couple times. The first two yellow arrows show solid rejections. Both tests pulled back more than 20 points. On the third try it finally broke through and flipped 7472 into support. That’s the third yellow arrow.
The Open: 2B Reversal at 7496
Right before open we rallied straight up past 7496. The first teal arrow marks that high. It reversed immediately, then its revisit produced a classic 2B fake out on the second teal arrow and sold off hard back down to 7472. It found support there again on the fourth yellow arrow.
Level-to-Level Rotation Down
From there it bounced back up and tagged 7496 from below for a clean back test. That’s the fifth yellow arrow. It then reversed directly and sold off all the way down to 7438. Support showed up right there on the sixth yellow arrow and we closed near those lows.
The Close: Bearish Structure
Price chopped around most of the day, respected our Precision Levels nicely and closed near the lows. Definitely has that bearish feel heading into tomorrow. Tomorrow’s levels are already posted in the Discord. Get your zones marked before the open.
