How we measured tab-hibernation memory reclaim in a WebKit browser when the memory lives in out-of-process WebContent processes: proc_pid_rusage over the pid-set difference. 137 MB reclaimed per three tabs, 190–305 ms wake-to-interactive, and a warm-process knob that's wired but still unmeasured.
