0) Download ChatGPT desktop app
If you don’t have it already, download the official app (they call it Codex now 🤷): https://openai.com/codex/
Free account works just as well.
1) Download the RealtyAI folder
Link’s at the bottom of this email. You can also find it in your welcome email after subscribing.
2) Open the RealtyAI folder in the app
Start a new chat, and point it at the folder.
That’s the whole “install.”
No new accounts to make, no settings, nothing to configure.
Time elapsed: [00:55], mostly the download.
In field below the chat box select “Approve for me”.
This allows it to read/write files in RealtyAI folder without asking you each time. (You can leave it on default “ask for approval”, works either way, it’s just faster)
Then type: “help me set up this project”
That’s it.
Then Pip’s favorite part.
Now RealtyAI takes over and runs an short interview:
It will ask you about your market, who you serve, how you price, examples of past listings, etc.
You don’t HAVE to provide all answers. It’ll ask for details to help it work in your style.
