Li Tadaa and the process of growing up

I know Li from the Scandinavian burner scene, and we have talked about our work from time to time, but never really in depth. So it was fun to have time to get a bit closer to understanding what Li is doing and where our practices meet.

Li Tadaa is a queer dancer, somatic practitioner, and lust coach who works at the intersection of self-development and sexuality, helping people find their way to a more lustful and embodied life. Drawing on tantra, East African dance, and somatic therapy, Li runs transformational group programs, retreats, and one-on-one coaching focused on nervous system regulation, boundaries, and reconnecting with the body's own signals.
