I am going to be on Breakfast Television this Thursday — and I have been dreaming about this for four years.

It is happening.

This Thursday morning at 9:09am I am going to be on Breakfast Television — and I have to tell you, writing those words feels surreal in the best possible way.

Breakfast Television has been on my vision board for four years. Not as a vague wish. As an actual goal, written down, looked at, believed in, even on the days when believing felt harder than others. And this week, it is real.

I was last on the BT set in January 2022. I still think about that morning. The team at Breakfast Television is unlike anything I have experienced in my career — the professionalism, the warmth, the energy they bring to every single segment, every single guest, every single morning. Being part of that show, even for a few minutes, is genuinely extraordinary. It is the kind of environment that makes you want to bring your very best — not because you are nervous, but because the room deserves it.

I cannot share too much about what I am bringing to the studio just yet. But I can tell you this.

My whole mission with Petal Academy — everything I have built over thirty years in floristry — comes down to one belief: that flowers and plants and growing things should belong to everyone. Not just to florists. Not just to people with big budgets or formal training. To anyone who wants to bring a little more beauty, a little more joy, a little more life into their home.

Being fearless with flowers means believing that creativity is not something you are born with or without. It is something you practice. Something you give yourself permission to try. Something that can start with something as simple as a plant on your kitchen counter or a small arrangement on your dining table.

Thursday’s segment is a small expression of that belief. And I cannot wait to share it.
