Inside the Perry community, we see the conversations unfold in real time. Women share what they are actually living through, not the polished version that makes it into articles or guidelines. And lately, the posts have become more frequent, more raw, and more revealing of what this transition really looks like.

Every day, we see messages like these:

I'M ON THE EDGE.. OF EXISTENCE!! AND I'M HANGING ON BY A THREAD 🎶 New endocrinologist reckons it might not be peri at all.. might be my ovaries. She was comforted by the fact that HRT seems to have helped some of my symptoms but when I told her all the things I continue to experience, she was baffled

Anyone get chills on and off. I’m getting them last couple days and slight pvc’s on and off. I am not sick just got over something before Thanksgiving. I was doing pretty good for awhile then I got sick got a period after

Anyone else get dizziness/vertigo often? Especially before ovulation, and during? Im sick of all these random symptoms 😔

133 days with no period and today….baaam!!! Out of nowhere, here it is! Deep down I felt I wasn’t done yet, but it’s still disheartening having to reset the clock 😣

These posts are not unusual—they are the daily reality for women navigating perimenopause with very little clarity from the systems meant to support them. What stands out is how similar the stories are, even though the women sharing them have never met.

And this is why our community matters. Not because the symptoms are dramatic, but because thousands of women are describing the same challenges, the same confusion, the same search for answers. When you see all of these voices together, the picture becomes impossible to ignore.

We’ll keep bringing these experiences forward. Because this is what perimenopause actually looks like, and it deserves to be understood, taken seriously, and seen.

To broaden this conversation, share your experiences below.
How have you recognized yourself changing during this time?
What surprised you?
What felt unsettling?
What helped you feel grounded again?

Your voice helps other women see themselves more clearly.

We love seeing our directory grow, because every new listing means one more trusted professional available to support women through perimenopause with real understanding and up-to-date guidance.

Today, we’re shining a light on three new Perry Academy graduates who are now officially part of the Perry-Certified Directory:

Katie Stewart, Psy D, is a licensed psychologist and founder of Stewart Psychological Services, known for her calm, client centered approach that blends psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and eastern practices. As a graduate of the Perry Academy Perimenopause Certificate Program, she brings informed, evidence based support to women navigating midlife and the menopause transition. Get in touch here.

Tamara De Angelis, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist who blends clinical expertise with lived experience to support women through the menopause transition. As a graduate of the Perry Academy Perimenopause Certificate Program, she offers clear, evidence based guidance to help women navigate this stage with confidence. Get in touch with Tamara here.

Amber Berger is the founder of The Well Drop, a midlife strategist known for turning complex wellness into clear, practical tools for women. She brings the same clarity to her work with the Perimenopause Certificate, helping women navigate midlife with confidence and evidence based guidance. Get in touch with Amber here.

Why this matters:
So many women spend months or years trying to understand their symptoms without the right support. Our goal with the directory is to make it easier to find professionals who actually understand perimenopause — people you can turn to with questions, concerns, or simply for clarity.

If you’re looking for someone who truly “gets it,” the directory is a good place to start. And we’re thrilled to welcome these two new graduates to the community.

More coming soon — the directory is growing every week.

We’re already ramping up our activations for Perimenopause Awareness Month 2026, and the momentum is unmistakable. Every year, this initiative grows because women, clinicians, creators, and brands are no longer willing to let perimenopause sit in the shadows. The demand for honest education and real change keeps rising — and 2026 will reflect that.

Right now, we’re shaping the partnerships, events, policy conversations, and community-driven campaigns that will define next year’s program. If you’re an individual or a brand interested in taking part — speaking, collaborating, hosting an event, or supporting the mission — we’d love to hear from you.

This movement works because so many of you choose to be part of it. 2026 will be our strongest year yet.

We deserve more than survival mode during the holidays — and this conversation is designed to give women exactly that.

Join Perry, in partnership with Replens, for a live, honest conversation about what it actually looks like to protect your wellbeing when life is at its busiest. We’ll talk about practical self-care, intimacy, boundaries, and the quiet pressure so many women carry during this season.

Dr. Shannon Chavez, Dr. Sameena Rahman, and actor Beth Crosby will break down the expectations, the emotional load, and the realistic strategies that help us stay connected to ourselves and to the people we love — even in the middle of chaos.
