Here’s something I don’t get. If you’re Signal, and you voluntarily put this “what’s new” link in your app— but it’s just going to be your generic “tweaks, bug fixes, and performance enhancements,” why bother? Upon further investigation (peeling another of the same pear varietal I bought, which resulted in no allergic reaction), it seems the *exterior* of the pear is causing the reaction (even after rinsing). I know I can turn off lyric pronunciation. But it’s on by default, and... why am I seeing Japanese pronunciation anyway? The assumption Apple is making here is unlike how they have done this forever. My locale is Japan, but my system language is set to English. Apple knows better than this.
