I just found out about Robb Knight’s slashpages.net when I was mentioned in a PR to add slash pricing to the site.

I love this project since these “slash pages” as they’re called have taken off in popularity, particularly within the IndieWeb community that I’ve sort of found myself in. You can read Robb’s post announcing the project earlier this year. This sort of reminds me of the pseudo standard text files that I analyzed in 2019.

As an aside, I stumbled upon Robb’s post on automating their /now page earlier this year and it was a real treat. In particular, I really enjoyed the Last.fm integration since I’ve played around with their API before so it felt very close to home in that regard.
