This post is for you, but also for me to revisit when I’m in need of a quick fix.

Time is scarce for us busy Stalf elves just now, so I’ll keep words to a minimum, but just to share this sentiment:

As I type, we’re 80%-of-the-way-full, in terms of festive production (this is for delivery pre-Christmas.) I’d love to be at 100% sooner rather than later- it means that I can effectively and efficiently place my final fabric orders without having to guesstimate and risk wastage, and means we know EXACTLY what our last few weeks of manufacturing will look like here at the studio (something which eases the mania a lot!)

It is a total PLEASURE to handmake all your festive outfits and gifts every year, and it’s not lost on me that so many of you have continued to purchase amidst all the Black Friday noise- no mean feat, this year it’s been loud, and we are very grateful!

We’ve not crossed the festive finish line just yet, but already I’m brimful with gratitude and cheer- I adore this job and it’s such a joy to be a part of your Christmas schedule in some small way.
