• Bringing together more than 130 works – from photography and film to collage, installation and fashion ephemera – many of them shown in Scandinavia for the first time, the exhibition draws on curator Marie Arleth Skov’s three-year postdoctoral research project. Its focus is the emergence and evolution of punk across London, Berlin, Copenhagen and Aarhus in the 1970s and 1980s, tracing how dress, gesture and performance came to function as acts of refusal. - In Aarhus, the history of punk is told through the body - via Wallpaper

• Jeyifous uses tools such as hand drawing, photo montage, collage and AIvisualisations to design what he calls protopias. Distinct from utopias, which present unrealistic perfect worlds, protopias acknowledge an ongoing project. - What could our world look like in an alternate reality? • Her colourful paper collages, built from hand-cut forms, textured coloured pencil and bold compositions, began as a personal experiment alongside a career in graphic design. • Femmage, says Rogers, is a term that was coined by two American second-wave feminist artists, Miriam Schapiro and Melissa Meyer, in the 1970s to describe ‘the fusion of feminism and collage.’ Schapiro and Meyer are known as the pioneers behind the femmage movement, but as Rogers’s book demonstrates, women and non-binary artists have been making feminist and/or queer collages long before the 1970s. - How collage became a feminist and queer undertaking - via The Canary

• Our 2026 Workbook is out and available for sale on our website. Our weekly creative challenge remains free and open to everyone and everything, digital or analog artists, French or not. The workbook is an optional add-on for those who prefer to work with paper and don’t want to print our images themselves. Like every year, the book is designed so that you can either take it apart or create your collages in the book itself. Week numbers and image sources are on the back of each image, so even if your books falls apart at one point, you will always know what’s what!
