About Sarah:
My name is Sarah Bush and I’m an artist and writer living in Taos, New Mexico. In my substack newsletter called The Pink Teacup, I write about art and spirit, what it means to be fully expressed, and how our imaginations can help save the world. As a visual artist, I work in a variety of media: natural dyeing, wet felting, handmade books, metal printing, and mixed media work using found natural materials. In all my art, I’m deeply interested in exploring the tension between timelessness and impermanence, fragility and resilience, and the physical body and the spiritual self. My professional creative life has been varied: I’ve hand printed fabric for clothing lines, designed my own jewelry and stationery lines, developed products for small home decor and personal accessories in Manhattan and have also been a creativity coach before finally working full-time on my art and writing.
