Before you Start to Paint or Draw, Try This

For years I would only take my camera on location because I simply wanted to *only* look, notice, see, and try to capture the memory on (film).

As I’ve gotten older, and gained experience with the skill of looking, I now want to bring art materials along outside to practice bridging the gap from observing to recording with materials as well as photography.

What a delight to be on this explorative and creative journey!

Thanks for inspiring us to “get outside” … today my mantra will be - “Get outside with (these supplies) and record what you notice.” 🙂
