Castle Labs has released a comprehensive research report on Solana’s privacy ecosystem, stating that the privacy ecosystem on Solana is still in its early developmental stage. The report sorts out privacy technology paths (ZK+FHE as the ultimate solution, with MPC and TEE serving as supplementary implementation options), introduces two private computing infrastructures namely Arcium and MagicBlock, as well as projects across tracks including private transfers, private transactions, private prediction markets, and on-chain privacy AI. It also mentions that Helius is set to launch a ZK privacy UTXO layer, and identifies neobanks and private DeFi as the core development directions of the ecosystem.
