Hosea 4:6 is clear:

2. Fast Regularly
   Fasting is not just about denying food. It’s a spiritual weapon that unlocks deliverance, clarity, and angelic intervention (Matthew 17:21).

3. Break Agreements in Prayer
   Renounce every curse, soul tie, or open door that may be giving the enemy access. Stand on the blood of Jesus and declare your victory.

4. Guard Your Atmosphere
   Cleanse your environment. Play worship. Anoint your home. Break every lingering presence of darkness.

5. Get Mentored, Not Just Inspired
   Find prophetic voices and sound spiritual leaders who will help you grow—not just shout “Amen.”
