O. Arowolaju · future(faith):

I don’t know who unsubscribes from my post, so please don’t be afraid of hurting my feelings.

I’m aware that not everybody is for everyone; I made a carousel about it a while back. So please, skip the rest of the text below and unsubscribe if this no longer adds value to you!

For the rest of you.

I am about to release the most valuable information I’ve ever had, and it’ll mainly be long-form.

I can’t express how grateful I am that you’ve stayed on this journey with me. It will be 10 years this summer since I’ve been writing online.

Yet — I’m a much better speaker than I am a writer.

So I will be doubling down on podcasting this year and building the future(faith): community to a platform for people to use faith to build the future.

If there is something I want to be known for when I leave this earth, it is that I was a man of faith.

I take faith very seriously, and not just in the spiritual sense but in the practical sense.

Another word for faith is risk.

I’m a risk taker.

Risk requires you to see outcomes others don’t see.

And above that, taking the chance on those outcomes.

Faith is a lot more intellectual than you may think.

Here is an example: you need your brain to have faith.

Think about it, you are taking an action based on a belief you have rationalized in your head.

Faith must partner with your free will; that’s what allows us to decide to believe and to pursue what can not necessarily be proven or seen.

Here are some things I’ve accomplished practically by leveraging my faith.

  1. I found my wife

  2. I built prayergym.org

  3. I became a trader

    1. Trading took SO much faith

  4. I quit my job as a trader

  5. I started a future(faith):

By faith, I’ve been able to secure a decent future for myself, and I’m working to secure one for my children.

I just want to expose you to this thinking so it benefits you both spiritually and practically.

My next podcast episode will do just that, and then some.

See you soon.
