Heads up geha will be rolling out AI for claim appeals an AI will decide if your claims appeal is now allowed...supposidly the RN will be able to "override" it of needed but no one was told how thats going to look.
This change is due to "too many notes and paperwork with appeals AI can sort through it faster than an RN who would need around 2 hours per appeal"
Unsure if or when this will be shared publicly rolling out soon-ish.
Was asked about environmental issues the statement was "the pros outway the cons" "our ai board evaluates for this so its not as bad as when everything was on paper" "if we use it right theirs no environmental impact"
Was asked about saftey of the ai, informed "the ai board evaluates for this many ai companies come to us to get their foot in with the company this one and copilot are the only ones that can prove saftey for clients"
