Yesterday this crazy old Snow Flake drove over 90 miles into the teeth of a Blizzard to rescue a 79 year old man and his passenger stuck in the ditch in the middle of a Minnesota/ North Dakota blizzard so terrible ever road in the area was closed including the Interstate a few miles away. The last 30+ miles was in a white out so bad, I was driving 5mph on the opposite side of the road looking at the white line out my Drivers window so I could stay on the road. The Wind was gusting 30’s+ and only the down wind side of the Truck was the snow slowed down enough so I could see any of the road. I knew no rescue was coming if I drove into the ditch and the wind chill temps of -40F+… That is death if you have to try to walk.
And it is a good thing that I did…. Neither had a winter jack or boots or appropriate clothing; No Blankets, no thermal underwear, no gloves, no emergency food and not an ounce of common sense… Before I arrived: A local county cop stopped and offered to take 1 of them to the nearest town and they refused a ride from a young guy with a truck because they had called me; other than that no one stopped to help them.
When I reached them, the wind was so strong.. that it literally pushed me back across the polished ice sheet that was the road. I had to make several attempts to reach their vehicle.It was either 6 miles forward to the nearest town where shelter might be found, or 30 miles back.. I choose the 6 miles and the 1 hour it took to get there. The only hotel in town was full, but the people of the city were very accommodating and we were put up in the City Community Center. We waited for 9 hours for the snow plows and then I needed a jump because the battery was dead. A local resident and the wonderful lady who owned a local establishment and helped us find shelter, also found us a Jump. We got on the road and the heater quit working, but they both needed medicines that were back at their homes as did I. We traveled 30 miles to a gas station and we got directions from the guy who owned the truck on how to make the heater work. I drove the rest of the way, the heater blasting… End of story.
START of lesson to ALL THE folks out there wondering How they CAN SAVE the Nation from The NAZI PEDO KING and his NAZI TERRORISTS. Talking isn’t doing except like this.. Where I am too Old and too broke and too disabled to do much but drive too the nearest march( 150 miles away from the wasteland ). I am how- ever old enough to write and put my life on the lines for my neighbors. That is what it will take. Enough with worrying about your comfort. You will lose it over time if the NAZIs win. Its time to realize you should SPEND you comfort, your time, your money, your energy and any resources you can ORGANIZE to Join or Create ORGANIZATIONS to rally us Snowflakes to snuff the flames of the NAZI Movement… with the Force of a BLIZZARDS… Our Survival DEPENDS on YOU… not some other person… YOU can Save you Neighbors, friends and COUNTRY…
