Owner Zach Erdem runs such an action-packed scene on Southampton’s Main Street that it became the subject of an HBO reality show. Watching the crowd file by is half the fun, but the food is surprisingly good. The superbowl salad with baby kale, sugar snaps, avocado, hemp hearts, and quinoa is a winner, and the globally influenced American menu runs the gamut from swordfish tacos to pork chop with lentils and plantain.
