Everyone is freaking out about the rising cost of groceries, now more than ever. With the impending worldwide shutdown of global trade, the writing is on the wall: We cannot continue relying on food that comes from all corners of the globe.
In this video, I explain how I buy high quality, 100% pastured meat for a tiny fraction of what I would pay for low grade meat at a grocery store.
This strategy has allowed us save enough money for emergencies, take vacations, and even buy homes, while living on one income.
An additional benefit of this “hack” is that we rarely get sick because this is the kind of food that builds robust health.
So visits to the doctor are limited to emergencies… like the time my husband sliced his hand nearly in half with a sickle.
The nutrition from this type of food likely contributed to his quick and thorough recovery—something that astonished the attending physician at his follow-up appointment.
While this video focuses on pork, which is excellent for clearing outdated stool from your poop chute, the same tactic can be applied to nearly any meats, veggies or fruits.
At the end, I give you some quick pointers on how you can get in on the action before it’s too late.
As I keep saying in other posts and notes, the supermarket model most Americans depend on has only been around since WWII.
We should not expect it to be around forever.
And it will likely phase out or at least restructure within our lifetime.
