Skanska has signed a contract with an existing client to build four new data centers in the southeast region of the USA. The contract is worth USD 1.2 billion, about SEK 11.2 billion, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.

Veidekke: Two new residential projects for K2 Bolig in Stavanger

K2 Bolig has awarded Veidekke contracts to build two residential developments in Stavanger: Krossen at Hundvåg and Utsikten at Vardeneset. Krossen comprises 20 apartments in one building, while Utsikten consists of 34 apartments across two buildings. The contracts are design and build agreements with a combined value of NOK 212 million excluding VAT.

Obos takes over housing project left by JM
