I’m a big fan of sokpop collective that I’ve been following for several years now. They are a crew of 4 game designers that already created more than a hundred games and aiming to create a hundred more. For just 3€/month, you can access the new game as they release! Some months ago, I read Julie Ackermann’s Hyperpop, published by Façonnage Editions. I liked the book and learning more about the musical genre, but what drew me to read it first was the design. So I dug a bit more into the publisher and wanted to highlight their work as I think the book’s subjects and design are super interesting.
Neal.fun is a little games website you might already know, but I thought it was a good one to share for this end of year.
Recently, I didn’t stumble upon branding that I really enjoyed. Cake Coffee is one of the few that I find very compelling. I admire the fun and colourful artistic direction, and I especially love how the brand is showcased with the mockups and pictures.
