We have started to use our Past Perfect software to organize and categorize our collections of artifacts. This is a complex project but we have a dedicated and capable team. Thanks to all members and donor for their financial support that made this possible.
I’ve been directing my effort to our collections of photographs, entering metadata and supporting documentation into the database. These are the photos I processed this week.
Cloudy but warn; wind west. Mr. Lord preached from the text: “Your young men will see visions and the old men dream dreams.” Evening service at 7 p.m. Mrs. Phelps telephoned asking David to go into store tomorrow as Wilbur was still sick.
Quite a cold morning and dry wind north. David in Store for Wilbur who is still sick. I picked 2 chickens for Miss Palmer and put some wood down the wood cellar. Got parcel from John Stewart of Hotel Astor Coffee.
Fair and warmer; wind variable. David in Store. I cut some lots, etc.
Cloudy with showers in afternoon. David in Store. I cut some lots in forenoon and filled Hall lamps and got Hall ready for Grange tomorrow night. Picked one chicken for Mrs. Gordon. Got postcard from Hamish.
Fair and cool; wind east to southeast. David at Store. I cut some lots and weeded some in garden; also thinned one row of turnips.
Fair and warm; wind westerly. David at Store. I picked 6 chickens and got Hall ready for Historical Society party, which broke up at 11 p.m.
Warm and withering. David at Store. I thinned some turnips and Alice and I cleaned up Hall in morning. I picked 4 chickens and took chickens and eggs to Mr. Barrett’s. Got letter from Hamish who is going to Troy to visit Lucy whose mother is ill.
