DRIVER TICKETED, VEHICLE SEIZED FOLLOWING TRAFFIC STOP

(Aug 19th) On Monday night (Aug 17th), At around 10:15 p.m, Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Topsail Road and Carlisle Drive in Paradise.
