The Highlights:
WPOA dues for improved property are now $2170/yr, up from 2024’s dues of $2067/yr.
Regarding condos, it looks like not quite half of them kept their dues the same. The following associations have increased their assessments:
• Managed by Mountain Life of Virginia: Eagles Court, Highlands, Laurelwood, Tanners Ridge, Vistas,
Managed by Peace of Mind Property Services: Cliffs, High Ridge Court, Overlook, Rodes Farm (detached homes in Stoney Creek, not condos), White Oak.
The one outlier in the pile? Dues for Westwood — comprised of attached homes in Briarwood and Ivy Glen — actually dropped from $1262/qtr to $1130/qtr.
