This week, I talked with Iesha Franceis about her experience as a member of the Union of Southern Service Workers. She talks her experience of striking, her commitment to unionization, the relationship between work and life, and the importance of joining a union in the South. The USSW grew out of a fight for a living wage and better working conditions in the South and is continuing to do that work today.
