Hello. We’re halfway to the weekend, so I suppose that’s always nice! And I’ve got a new batch of antiques and vintage finds for you, so double the pleasure.
I’ve had the hardest time getting back into the groove of things after my vacation last week. Work is extra hard. Routine is extra hard. But we’re getting there. I managed to unpack and do all my laundry and clean and grocery shop anddddd may have rearranged my entire living room and dining room because the Aries in me decided I was bored with the arrangement, and of course everything had to change immediately upon reaching that conclusion. No waiting. No measured contemplation. The furniture simply had to move.
Anyway, it’s feeling extra cozy from where I write to you now. I’m in the living room, settled by the window with a candle lit and the darkness slowly creeping in. The new arrangement has passed inspection, at least for the moment.
The Curio Cabinet is where I gather a thoughtful edit of recently unearthed antiques, vintage pieces, oddities, and secondhand treasures to style and hopefully rescue before someone else does… distinctive finds, often one of a kind, all under $200. Because the best pieces tend to disappear quickly, paid subscribers receive this earlier than others.
