Twisting in the Wind: Dictator Lunch Tables and the $3 Billion Playground Extortion Scheme

Poor Tangerine Palpatine, the orange-encrusted Temu dictator currently running the country over the waterfall, just can’t catch a break. Timmy just keeps falling in the well, and it’s looking like Lassie, in the guise of the Supreme Court, isn’t coming to his rescue. Once again, SCOTUS has rejected his appeal of the $5 million payout due to his sexual assault of E. Jean Carroll. They said no once, but you and I both know that the word “no” has never stopped him before, and now they’ve said it twice, without a single dissent and that’s the coldest shot of all. There are no more options left: for the first time in his life, he has to suffer the consequences of his actions. And that psychological trigger is part of the setup for the rest of this piece.

We have to suffer them too, as does the rest of the world. In the wake of yet another ICBM test by North Korea, the Temu Tyrant in the White House decided he wants to sit at the cool dictator’s lunch table and tried to cozy up to Kim Jong-Un on Pravda Social, the fat dude ruling over a starving North Korea:

“Based on my very good relationship with Kim Jong Un, of North Korea, I am not happy with the fact that the United States has, long ago, agreed to participate in Joint Military Exercises with South Korea. These exercises are not only costly, with much of these costs paid for by the United States of America (as usual!), but send a signal that is totally inappropriate and hostile, to a Country that, as long as Donald J. Trump has been President, has been unthreatening and respectful. Therefore, and based on the fact that it is too late to cancel, I have instructed Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to substantially reduce the Joint Military Exercises! While somewhat unrelated (?), I recently asked the President of South Korea if they would like to join us in the Denuclearization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and they said, ‘No thanks!’ Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

Where did this decision come from? The man revealed his entire philosophy regarding the United States’s role as global watchdog, and it’s long, and it’s Trump, but you need to read this because he just tipped his hand for good and explained his motivation for every single thing he does.

Asked about it in the Oval Office yesterday, he said “South Korea has been protected by us for many, many years. And during my first term, they agreed to pay close to $3 billion a year for protection… I asked for $10 billion, and they were very unhappy. But we agreed for a short term there would be $3 billion, and the next year it would go up, and the next year it would go up. So they start paying for their protection. When the election was rigged… I watched Biden rescind that $3 billion here, for whatever reason. When I called recently, President of South Korea… I said ‘Would you like to give us a little hand? We don’t need help with Iran, but if you’d like, give us a hand with Iran.’ He said ‘No thanks.’ And I said, ‘Wait a minute. We have 39,000 soldiers over there guarding you from Kim Jong-Un, your next door neighbor. And you’re not going to help us on a very easy military operation in Iran? That’s strange…. Why are we involved in helping you?’ And I want to help them, but, you know… that’s costing us billions and billions of dollars to protect not only them, but other countries. Look at NATO. We spend hundreds of billions of dollars protecting Europe from Russia… And they say well, they don’t want to get involved with, uh, getting, you know, guarding the Strait [of Hormuz], where they get most of their oil?... Why are we doing it? So all I want is fairness. And South Korea, I get along with them very well, but they were paying $3 billion a year, and then they convinced Biden that I was probably a bad person and they shouldn’t… So we were getting paid, we would have been getting paid a lot more, but we can’t go around and protect all of these countries. Especially when they’re not there to help us.”

They didn’t pay him and that’s why he’s left them twisting in the wind, walking the hills in a long, black veil. They didn’t give him the $3 billion he demanded, thus showing him what he considers due respect and deference, and for that, he will allow North Korea and Russia to take over any country they like, simply because the victims didn’t give him their lunch money. That’s it. That’s the entire reason why he’s willing to sit back and let millions of people suffer and die and upend the fragile geopolitical balance in the world that his predecessors spent endless hours and work to reach the fragile détente that exists. Money. No other reason than that. Cold, cruel, calculating.

It’s staggering to me that it’s that simple with him, but, well, it is. It’s that simple. One must never outshine the Sun King. The serfs didn’t do as he demanded, and it doesn’t matter if they couldn’t afford it, or were hesitant to get in the middle of a war they have no stake in and didn’t start. Nothing matters except that South Korea didn’t pay him the money he demanded, because now that he’s President, he can be the biggest Mafia boss there ever was, and that makes him feel like he’s finally made the major leagues and surely everyone must love him now. And even with that, he still lays awake at night, posting nonstop on Pravda Social, because he just can’t figure out why he cannot fill the ever-present awning psychological void. It’s Goya’s nightmare of Saturn devouring his son come to life; a wild-eyed Dr. Frankenstein consuming his own creation for fear of losing his very brittle power.

Our ally in the Middle East, Oman, serving as the neutral diplomatic go-between for the U.S. and Iran, is the current target of his ire; perhaps they didn’t pay him enough money, because he’s threatening to bomb the country if it “gets in the way” of naming the Strait of Hormuz an American territory or of any “peace deal”, given that the “Memorandum of Understanding” with Iran expired yesterday. He better hurry then, because he doesn’t have a whole lot of missiles left with which to accomplish this powerfully petty move, which would really screw up critical regional supply chains.

Now look at the board and you’ll see the trap. I’m no Patton or Nimitz (although I am distantly related to him) but even I can see the global implications.

This is exactly where the mockery stops being funny, because the real-world geopolitical implications of alienating Oman are terrifying. There are implications for pissing off anyone, of course, but especially Oman, considering the fine mess he’s gotten us into. Right now, Oman allows the U.S. military to use two of their vital ports—Duqm and Salalah—along with strategic airfields. This infrastructure is absolutely critical to keeping American forces positioned in the Middle East.

If the aircraft carrier USS George Washington cannot take port in Oman to refuel, rearm, and resupply, it cannot seamlessly replace the stricken USS Abraham Lincoln, which has been under intense operational strain during this prolonged conflict. That’s the outstanding “5D chess” this jaded mandarin is playing with global stability. You better believe the rest of the world sees it, and they know our soft white underbelly is on full display. Don’t forget that sending the Washington to the Middle East removes it from the South China Sea, between Taiwan and China. Once again TripleSecDef Hegseth’s malignant machismo has put the entire world at risk. Find the world at your command, playin’ the hand.

In the first year of his second term, Trump earned about $2.4 billion dollars. Billion. His net worth? According to Forbes, $6.5 billion that he spends his days counting in a garage by the motorway. That $3 billion he is demanding from South Korea is a staggering sum.

He will let the world burn, and watch World War III start, all because of his love of mammon. You cannot serve both God and mammon, no matter how much the Republican party and the White House Faith Office say otherwise and do not forget that party is directly responsible for encouraging this being to lavishly indulge his worst impulses. You cannot hide from the truth, and you cannot hide from your misdeeds. The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven.
