Today’s Quiet Moment audio meditation is about sitting still. Its about taking time to nourish yourself mentally with self observation. Life can pull you in many directions all at once and put pressure on you to keep going, going, going … sometimes until you are exhausted. This simple self care method of stopping the clock and refreshing your mind with silence and solitude can benefit you by restoring calmness, focus and well-being. It can benefit you physically too by soothing a tired body.
I give you a short introduction and then guide you through the process.
Until next time,
Love Laughter and an Undivided Life.

In no way is it implied to stop medical treatments, prescribed medications, or supplements. Always consult your Medical Doctor regarding the management of your health.
Yoga therapy does NOT take the place of medical treatments or replace doctors. It is however, in my opinion, the missing part of most conventional and alternative medical treatments because seldom are you ever told how to cope with your life while you are waiting for treatments to work or the only coping tool given to you is a medication. Yoga therapy works right along with conventional and integrative doctor methods.
