With all of this love towards our Studio, you’d think we’d forgotten about our virtual home… but as devs, we couldn’t resist creating a new space on our website 💻

Where we’ll be sharing our Midnight Thoughts with you… diving deeper into what’s really motivating and inspiring us 💫

This month, (and always) we have accessibility on our minds… as something central to our core values of education, democratisation and tech for good.

So, how can we dream and design towards a more accessible web?

With only 65.7% of the global population in 2023 having access to the internet, there’s still a lot of work to do. We believe that the more people are able to access the web comfortably and confidently, the more people will be exposed to opportunities to learn, earn and create. Access to the web provides vital windows for people to be seen and heard. All essential factors for surviving and thriving in our increasingly digitised world

Instead of dumping our entire 2023 project archive on you, we’re zoning in on our own explorations into accessibility within our projects.

GCD is a custom and collaborative web platform for students to showcase their projects and research. SADA - translating to voice in Farsi - aims to create a space for sharing stories about refugees, from refugees. For the new website for Leeds Arts University, we partnered with an accessibility and inclusivity consultancy who conducted an audit of the website before launch. Want to hear more?
