The second in an ongoing series, currently exclusive to this Faircamp site.
This selection is chosen to reflect the ongoing influence of 80s music on my musical output. Interestingly, looking at the original release dates, I wrote three of these within a three week period in April 2023, I was obviously in an 80s frame of mind back then.
"Uncooked" Releases
These are archive tracks that have mostly come from SoundCloud, frequently /r/songaweek entries, often produced in a short period of time.
They are not polished in any way, and have NOT been remixed or remastered, this is just how they come. They don't meet even the usual low standard of a Key 13 release, so be careful when listening.
The purpose of the series is to create another space for demos and works-in-progress outside of SoundCloud, and expose some Key 13 tracks that most people will have never heard by grouping them together in lightly-themed collections.
If you hear something you like, and think it deserves a proper mix/remastered release, please let me know and I'll add it to the list - otherwise this is probably as far as most of these tracks will ever get.
