I’ve spent most of my life chasing dreams.

The problem? I never built systems to catch them.

At 40, I found myself stuck. Not because I lacked ambition. Not because I didn’t work hard. I was stuck because my life was full of time-consuming, inefficient bullshit that kept me from what actually mattered.

I produced music nobody heard. I had ideas I never executed. I was busy, but I wasn’t building.

Sad but true: you need to get rid of some things. We all have limited time in this world.

Being a husband and father adds beautiful complexity to life. But it also adds urgency. My kids won’t stay young forever. My energy won’t last forever. If I’m going to build the things I dream about, I need to start now.

Not with motivation. With systems.

Not with more time. With better priorities.

Not with theory. With tools that actually work.

I stopped waiting for perfect conditions and started building with no-code tools. Six projects, each solving a real problem in my life:

habit.ist - Because healthy habits create the foundation for everything else

dobucketlist.com - Because dreams without execution die

muratesmer.com - Because I need a place to think out loud

arsmedia.co.uk - Because digital marketing’s future won’t look like its past

getcirema.com - Because CRM should help humans connect, not manipulate

thesoundvault - Because music deserves documentation, and I deserve to finish what I start

These aren’t side projects. They’re the architecture of the life I want to live.

Building six projects while being present for my family sounds insane. Maybe it is. But here’s what I’m discovering:

Clarity kills chaos. When you know what matters, you stop doing what doesn’t.

Tools shape behavior. I’m not just building these projects - they’re building me.

Documentation beats motivation. I’m writing this transformation down, not to inspire you, but to keep myself honest.

This blog will document everything. The wins. The failures. The moments I want to quit. The breakthroughs that make it worth it.

I’m not a guru. I’m a 40-year-old who finally realized that dreaming isn’t enough.

If you’re stuck too - if you’ve got music nobody’s heard, ideas you haven’t built, dreams you keep postponing - maybe we can figure this out together.

Let the adventure start.
