Dear Reader,
A few weeks ago, someone on Substack Notes asked me what my daily life looks like. I can’t find the note now, don’t remember who it was, and somewhere among the comments it slipped away before I could respond. But it stayed with me, the undertone of what was really being asked: how do these intuitive, spiritual, mystical images land on paper, what kind of life must I be living for such a connection to come through?
June 15th, 2026 (last daily log I wrote in my journal)
6am: woke up.
Played plushies in bed.
Made Aki a sandwich for breakfast.
Cut cantaloupe, kiwi, apples for breakfast.
Prepped mangoes, avocados, carrots, cucumbers.
Cooked sticky rice.
Made sushi for the school field trip.
Mint tea morning ritual.
