The bad part about this being the norm in normal/heroic dungeons now is that new players/tanks think that's how they need to operate, otherwise people will complain they are going too slow. But it takes some practice to pull multiple groups and keep aggro on them! Additionally, people aren't going to learn any mechanics until they step into m0.
