A new year!
Greetings from Vermont where I’m spending time with family in an end-of-year meets new year rest/ play period.
I’ve had a song in my head the last few days: Suddenly I See by KT Tunstall (It’s a beautiful video too :) Everytime the lyrics pop in my head, I immediately see what my eyes are seeing. Like a reset or return to now button. What a sweet way to begin the year.
I love how spontaneity brings us just the right ingredients, elements, songs, practices, humans... I’m excited to welcome the wonderful, talented & wise Neruma Ankti to co-lead our 9th Annual Move Your Vision January 11 - details below!
