new freedom in shoulder blades, spine and breath

This was really, really great for me.

Since I had a car accident a really long time ago,

I started to develop the pattern of contracting,

not only upwards towards my ears,

but even inwards.

And now this starts to loosen up and I can start to feel the vertebra in between

the shoulder blades.

And the space that I can sense now really opens up even the throat.

And the breathing is much more effortless than usually.
