Sit or Lie Down o Your Back
Take a moment to sense yourself. Check in with how you’re doing and notice where your attention naturally flows.Bring your Attention to Your Face:
Focus on your face, particularly your mouth and jaw. Notice any sensations without trying to change anything.Open and Close Your Mouth:
Start by gently opening and closing your mouth. Move slowly, delicately, without forcing or stretching.Notice the Direction:
Observe if your mouth opens exactly in the middle or veers towards one side.Roll Your Head:
Gently roll your head from side to side. Notice which direction is easier.Stay with Your Head to One Side:
Stay with your head slightly to one side and open and close your mouth. Notice how this position affects the movement and sensation of your jaw.Move Your Jaw Forward:
Open your mouth to create a small space between your teeth. Gently move your jaw forward and then return. What is it like to do with your jaw more and less open? Do this with your head rolled a little to one side and the other.
Notice Changes:
Open and close your mouth. Is it different? Pause and rest. Notice any changes in your face, jaw, or overall sense of ease.
