Lotus Letters Subscription FAQ's

The cut off to sign up new each month is on the 17th and letters will be mailed on the 24th of each month.

• All letters are shipped via USPS First-class mail which means no tracking. For mail within the United States, it could take 1-5 business days. For international mail, the average could be 7-21 business days (hopefully sooner).

• What if my letter never shows up or is eaten by the mail monsters, please email me thelotuslettersclub@gmail.com

In your subscription confirmation email there is a “manage subscription” button to make changes to your address or to cancel your subscription for any reason. Send me an email if you have issues, I’ll see what I can do on my end. thelotuslettersclub@gmail.com
