First, a quick business update. I am discontinuing the white-labeled client letter as of the year's end. The December 2023 letter will be my final letter for paid subscribers.
I have had a lot of fun writing these letters, and I have deeply appreciated the connections I have made with subscribers, but other priorities have crept into my life -welcomely - and something has to be let go of - sadly.
I expect to keep writing and publishing for the Value of Advice but without the time or publishing pressure of a paid arrangement. New posts, when they arrive, will be free. I may keep a small paid tier for access to the archives. I’m still trying to figure that out.
I will share more in a future post, but in the meantime, trust that this is an act of love for my current commitments and passions rather than an act of overwhelm. We must keep the main thing the main thing.
