We’re halfway through the year and idk about you, but I’ve got A LOT I still want to accomplish.

A few years into building Blavity, I looked at my calendar and finally saw the problem.

Every proposal needed my approval before it went out. Every important hire needed my sign off. Every difficult decision somehow found its way into my Slack before dinner.

We had over $20 million in revenue, a growing team of directors, two floors in downtown Los Angeles, and national press.

But if I disappeared for two weeks, the company would have slowed to a crawl.

Now to be fair, this is what the first version of success often looks like.

You build the business through yourself, because that’s how every business starts. You’re the salesperson, the marketer, customer support, quality control, and the person who knows where every password lives. It works. Revenue grows. The company gets bigger.

So you’re successful, but it FEELS like you’re playing catch up. Every new customer creates more work for you personally. Every new employee creates more questions. The business succeeds because you’re holding all the pieces together.

I’ve now taught more than 15,000 entrepreneurs, and I hear the same story over and over.
Here’s the part that’s different now.

We’re entering a new, agentic era, and for the first time you can hire digital employees, AI agents, and give them skills.

AI agents can perform real work. They research leads, answer customer questions, organize information, create content, follow up with prospects, update spreadsheets, manage workflows, and connect your apps together, all with very little supervision.

This Tuesday (tomorrow!) I’m running a free live class where we build a few ai agents You might have joined my trainings before and if you have, you know I like to cover ALOT. One thing I’ve noticed through my corporate speaking engagements and in advising our WorkSmart community is that you all still need a bit more guidance on HOW to build something and deciding what is worth it to build.

In about an hour, you’ll:

  • Build a real AI agent, live, right alongside me

  • Learn how to decide what’s worth building (the part most people get stuck on)

  • Walk out with one agent already doing real work in your business or your side hustle

Can’t make it live? Register anyway and I’ll send you the replay, like always.

Save your seat here for tomorrow at 1 p.m. PST.

Save your seat

Bring one task you’re tired of doing yourself. We’ll give it to your first hire.

Talk soon,

Morgan

PS. We’re halfway through the year. You can spend the second half doing all the small tasks by hand, or you can spend one hour tomorrow building something that does them for you. Come build your first one with me: REGISTER HERE
