Today’s rule is simple.
If someone says, “Come look at this...”
Don’t.
Nothing good has ever followed those words.
Especially if magic is involved.
Especially if it’s glowing.
Especially if it’s making strange noises.
One curious decision can turn an ordinary Tuesday into a battle with creatures that were probably better left undiscovered.
Fortunately...
