Nando’s is in New York City during the World Cup and it’s FREE!
There is a reason Nando’s is one of my favorite restaurants and it goes deeper than just their flavor.
Since I was a kid, my uncle created this habit to celebrate his son’s birthday at Nando’s by taking us to an “all you can eat type of day” at Nando’s. For so many years, this was one of the highlights of our childhood.
When I moved to New York I learned that Nando’s had no restaurants nearby. I had to travel miles to try Nando’s again. The closest city was Washington D.C.
The fact that I got an invitation to attend Nando’s private grand opening for the World Cup feels like my beloved uncle is gifting this experience to me all over again.
If you like juicy chicken and you have never tried Nando’s, you don’t want to miss this.
They will only be open from June 27 – July 11, 2026 at 341 Broome Street, New York, NY 10013.
I heard food will be free so you can enjoy the games during the World Cup.
From June 25-27 Nike is hosting a hype event at Bryant Park and if you love soccer you need to be there. My plug from Nike sent me an email to check it out and share it with you.
If you are around stop by to watch the street soccer competition and explore the cute pop up stores they have there. They will also have a free concert at the end so you never know who’s gonna pop out. Last night it was A Boogie.
